These terms govern access to Arenzyra, an esports tournament production platform used for organizer workflows, match control, Discord operations, OCR-assisted result review, and broadcast-ready overlay delivery.
Platform Use
Arenzyra provides tournament management, live match control, OCR-assisted result review, Discord workflow tools, and broadcast-ready overlay delivery for esports organizers and production staff. You may use the platform only for legitimate event operations and authorized administrative workflows.
Accounts and Organization Access
You are responsible for maintaining account security, using role-appropriate permissions, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Organization owners are responsible for the actions of operators, admins, and staff invited into their workspace.
Tournament and Game Publisher Compliance
You are responsible for following the rules, licenses, tournament policies, brand guidelines, and intellectual property requirements of each game publisher, including PUBG MOBILE or any other supported title. Arenzyra does not grant publisher approval, room-card access, API access, or official tournament status unless separately confirmed by the relevant publisher or platform partner.
Broadcast Data, Uploads, and Content Rights
Match results, player information, team logos, sponsor assets, screenshots, OCR uploads, overlays, widgets, and production graphics uploaded or generated through Arenzyra remain your responsibility. You must have the rights and permissions required to use tournament, team, player, sponsor, and broadcast materials.
Result Review and Competitive Integrity
Arenzyra may help parse screenshots or telemetry into structured results, but organizers remain responsible for reviewing, confirming, correcting, and publishing official tournament results. OCR or automation output should not be treated as final until an authorized operator reviews and applies it.
Discord and Third-Party Services
If you connect Discord or other third-party services, you authorize Arenzyra to use the configured channels, roles, messages, and workflow settings needed to operate registrations, slot lists, results, widgets, and organizer actions. Third-party service availability and policies may affect platform behavior.
Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to misuse Arenzyra, interfere with tournament operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, impersonate others, manipulate results, or use the platform in ways that could disrupt broadcast integrity, competitive fairness, or other users' access.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable availability for live esports operations, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance, infrastructure incidents, third-party outages, game publisher changes, or network issues may affect dashboards, widgets, Discord workflows, or real-time production features.
Payments, Refunds, and Commercial Terms
Approved organizations may receive a 7-day free trial before paid access starts. When the trial ends, access may pause unless billing is activated. Any paid plans, invoices, sponsorship services, custom integrations, or platform partnership terms must be agreed separately in writing. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, fees for completed setup work, live event operations, and custom development may be non-refundable.
Suspension and Termination
Arenzyra may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account, organization, or workflow creates security risk, violates these terms, abuses the platform, infringes rights, or creates legal or operational exposure. You may stop using the platform at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Arenzyra is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arenzyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including event disruption, incorrect published results, broadcast interruption, or third-party service failures.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform, legal requirements, or supported workflows change. Continued use of Arenzyra after updates means you accept the revised terms.
